Key Commitments
By accepting this invitation, you acknowledge the following:
- Official Invitation: You have received an official invitation to join the FICS delegation for TWG 2025.
- Full Participation: You are committed to attending and actively participating in the delegation for the entire event duration, from 4–18 August 2025.
Application Fee
To secure your position in the delegation, a non-refundable application fee of CHF 100.00 is required. This fee will help cover:
- Credentialing costs
- Shipping of essential supplies
- Logistical support for the delegation
Confirmation Requirements
Your place in the delegation will be confirmed upon:
- Payment of the CHF 100.00 application fee.
- Submission of all required application details and accreditation information is returned to admin@ficsport.org.
Please note that acceptance of this offer signifies your agreement to:
- Attend and work with the FICS delegation throughout the entirety of The World Games 2025.
- Commit to being in Chengdu, China, from 4–18 August 2025.
