ETHICS & GOVERNANCE

Integrity at the Centre of Leadership.

The FICS Ethics Committee provides independent oversight of policies and practices that support fairness, accountability, safeguarding and transparency across the organisation.

Its work aligns with international sport governance standards and the values of the Olympic Movement. The committee brings together legal, governance, clinical and international sporting expertise so that decisions are informed, balanced and grounded in the expectations of the global sporting community.
