| 1. ACTIVITY: Summary of activity within your NCSC over the last quarter. If there has not been much activity in the last quarter, you may consider including any projects you are working on, issues your NCSC is facing, discussions or growth with which you may like support. | Firstly, I would like to inform you that we are in the final stages of writing up an agreement between ACASC and FICS. This agreement will clearly outline the responsibilities of both parties and establish a mutually beneficial relationship moving forward. We believe that this agreement will help to strengthen our partnership and ensure that we are working towards common goals. Secondly, I would like to inform you that we have rescheduled a course that was originally scheduled for April to December. This decision was made so that we can promote the course at our symposium. Additionally, we are working to add required courses into our symposium in October, which will allow our current CCSP holders to attend our symposium as well as the additional hands-on class in December and complete their ICSC. |

| EVENTS/GAMES: Any contacts you have with International Sporting Federations. Do you need any help from FICS to organise contact with holders of regional/international games? (If applicable) | Lastly, we would like to request that FICS send international representation to set up and man a booth at our symposium. This will allow us to further educate our members about the benefits of being FICS members. We believe that having international representation at our symposium will help to increase awareness and encourage more of our members to utilize their FICS memberships. |
