We recently concluded the annual symposium in Long Beach, California, which boasted an impressive turnout of over 100 attendees and garnered support from various sponsors. At the year-end meeting for ACASC, we had the valuable opportunity to connect with Keith Overland. The discussions at the meeting covered crucial topics, such as the challenges in staffing international events due to shortages of qualified sports chiropractors, the FICS/ACASC Games Commission for LA28 and Pan Am Games, the initiation of a Pilot Program on Regional Games, and the establishment of scholarships for students and new graduates.

Additionally, we delved into a crucial discussion regarding the FICS Membership Agreement. There's a notable disconnect, as the version we received from FICS is formatted as a bylaw change. Recognizing the need for simplicity and streamlining, Chris is actively collaborating with Keith and Nat to refine the agreement. Once completed, Chris will present the revised agreement to the board for their approval in our ongoing commitment to operational efficiency and clarity.

Our organization embarked on a new chapter with the inauguration of a freshly elected board in October. During our initial monthly meeting post-symposium, we faced the task of appointing two new board members, marking the beginning of a dynamic and transformative term."
