Dr Kirsty Bellombra
I graduated from Murdoch University in 2011. I have worked primarily in private practice with a focus on sports injury and performance. I joined the Sports Chiropractic Association Western Australia committee in 2015 and am still active. I have worked with a wide range of sports teams including AFL, soccer, swimming and many more.
I have been an active member of the FICS membership committee since June 2021, and it has been an incredible journey working alongside Dr. Nat Akmens and the FICS team. The experiences, knowledge, and connections I have gained during this time have been truly invaluable.
As the FICS Membership Chair, I am committed to attracting new members NCSCs and creating opportunities for existing members to actively participate and engage in the committee’s initiatives. Ensuring member satisfaction and retention will be our Commission’s top priority, and I am eager to implement initiatives that meet the needs and expectations of our valued members.
Stepping into the FICS Membership Chair position is a tremendous honour and responsibility, and I am ready to dedicate myself wholeheartedly to this role. I am grateful for the trust that the organisation has placed in me and excited about the journey ahead. With Dr Akmens’ mentorship and the support of our passionate committee members, I am confident that together, we will achieve great things for FICS and its members.
