There are two ways to become a members. Via the National Chiropractic Sports Council (NCSC) or if your country does not have a NCSC part of the Regional Chiropractic Sports Council (RCSC). If the country you reside in has a NCSC you will directed to join that local group.

BACKGROUND OF THE GENESIS OF THE SPORTS CHIROPRACTIC AREA IN CHILE. At the time, the Chilean Chiropractic Corporation (CCHQ), being the Chiropractic professional association of Chile that has an official relationship with the World Chiropractic Federation (WFC), participated in the World Assembly of WFC members that were held in March 2019, Berlin, Germany through its president Dr Raúl Guiñez Martínez. At the said assembly, the FICS (ICSC) certification for chiropractors who graduated from the Central University of Chile was managed; and thus comply with the FICS suggestions, in which the members of the WFC can meet the appropriate educational criteria for the exercise of sports chiropractic; the second is that they adhere to the ethical principles of sports chiropractors; This determines that they, in addition to being a member of the national organization of their country, are a member of the WFC.
The mission of dissemination of activities in the field of Sports Chiropractic.
An important development pole of SOCHIQUIDE, is focused on the dissemination of the different academic activities that are generated and the education that is carried out both to the general population and to the different health teams, technical bodies, athletes of different federated disciplines or amateurs. For this, we will have all the digital support through different platforms and social networks, under the umbrella of a central web page, at the service of the community and obviously our associates. In addition, being clear about the need to promote the area of Sports Chiropractic and the Chiropractors who have dedicated themselves to training in this area, is that one of our main proposals is to generate digital marketing for each of the associates. For this, the creation of a specialized Directorate in this area was proposed, which will be composed of COMMUNICATION DIRECTORS, who will be directed by Dr. Diego Honorato.

The Sports Committee is one of the committees under the AQPR
The Sports Committee is one of the committees under the AQPR (Puerto Rico Chiropractic Association). It started in 2010 under the presidency of Dr. María Dueño (AQPR president) where he had the idea to create a committee for sports. Since then, as NCSC we have been involved in several National Games, worked in the Central American Games in Mayagüez 2010, Central American Games in Mexico 2014, and treated many sport clubs/leagues and professional sport teams.
We were certified as ICCSP on 2016 and now as ICSC. Our mission has been to make chiropractic available for athletes and to promote what chiropractic has to offer in sports.
