
Sara has been the director of a multi-doctor, multi-disciplinary chiropractic practice for 22 years. She brings strong leadership and organizational skills, balancing her role in managing a team at work and coordinating a busy household as a mother. Since 2014, Sara has been actively involved with the ACA Sports Council and FICS. She has served as a volunteer on FICS delegations at the last two CSIT Games and the 2023 World Sports Games in Alabama, USA.
Sara has also held board positions within the Minnesota Chiropractic Association, culminating in her role as president from 2018 to 2019. She currently serves as the chair of the education committee. In addition to her leadership roles, she teaches the Graston elective at NWHSU and Case Management 3 (Pediatric Sports Injuries) in the Master’s in Pediatric Chiropractic program at Logan University. Her strengths include harmony, focus, discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
“I want to be a part of the next generation of leadership within FICS to help move the federation forward while advocating for chiropractic so FICS can continue to be the leader in sports chiropractic,” said Dr. Cuperus.
